  • Where is Gill Bros. Furniture located?

    • We have two locations, one store in Muncie and one store in Anderson. Click Here for directions.

  • Do you offer financing?

    • Yes. Gill Bros. currently offers financing through Wells Fargo. Click Here to Apply.

  • Can I get financing even if I special order?

    • Yes. However, special orders require 30% down (payable by cash, check or credit card) at the time the order is placed.

  • Can I apply for credit online?

    • Yes – just click here to apply!

  • I financed my furniture. When will my monthly statement arrive?

    • Your monthly statement will arrive approximately three to four weeks after your furniture is delivered

  • Is there a delivery charge?

    • Yes, $149 in Delaware and Madison Counties and $199 in Blackford, Grant, Jay, Randolph, Wayne, Henry, Hancock, Marion, Hamilton, Tipton and Howard counties. These are one-time delivery fees. Other fees apply for delivery destinations outside our defined coverage area. Call the store for details

  • Will Gill Bros. set up my new furniture?

    • Yes, Gill Bros. Delivery staff will place your furniture and do any necessary setup in your home. Large cased items like Entertainment Centers, Door Chests, China Hutches, etc., will be custom fitted with leveling systems to ensure proper setup in your home.

  • How long do I have to wait for delivery?

    • Our Delivery Manager is available to schedule your delivery Monday thru Friday from 10am – 5pm, and will work around your schedule whenever possible. However, some towns are on our delivery route once a week.

  • Do I need to be home for delivery?

    • Someone aged 18 or over needs to be there when our delivery staff arrives.

  • Will I be contacted regarding my delivery?

    • Yes. You will be contacted the day before your delivery is scheduled to give you a three hour window that your delivery will be made. Our delivery drivers will phone you 30 minutes in advance to let you know they are coming.

  • Can I make a purchase online and have it shipped to my home?

    • No, not at this time. Gill Bros. is currently only delivering furniture locally.

  • The item I purchased wasn’t in stock. How long will it take to come in if I order it?

    • Approximately 4-8 weeks. However, sometimes there are special exceptions depending on the manufacturer and their in-stock inventory.

  • When my special order arrived, it wasn’t quite what I thought it would look like in my living room. Can I return it?

    • Yes. If you are unhappy with your special order, you may return it, but there is a 30% restocking fee for returns.

  • What makes a special order “special?”

    • Special orders are just that: special. They are made just for you with your specifications. This includes fabric choices, wood finishes, pillow options, etc.

  • Can I get some kind of protection plan for my purchase?

    • Yes, Gill Bros. offers FCP programs for all the furniture you purchase. Speak with a Furniture Consultant for details.

  • I bought my furniture at Gill Bros. last week and I love it, but this week I saw an ad in the paper for yet another fantastic sale at your store. What if the price this week is better than it was when I bought last week?

    • Rest assured with Gill Bros. 60 Day Price Guarantee! If you find a Gill Bros. Furniture ad for a better sale price on what you bought within 60 days of purchase, call us and your Furniture Consultant will check your order to see if it’s a better deal for you!
